Yes, we do allow exchanges under the following conditions: Furniture like beds, study desks, chairs, activity tables, storage units and accessories cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect which we will need to verify.
Soft furnishings like bed linen, bath linen, or cushions, we accept returns within three days after delivery as long as the product is in unused condition with original packing retained.
