Q. Does Smartsters provide free shipping?
Yes, it's on us. Get free shipping on all orders regardless of order value
Q. Does Smartsters provide free installation services?
Yes, the Smartsters team is at your service for installation. We will do the installation free of charge. In case you are not ready to get the installation done when the product arrives, and want to reschedule it, you can do that seamlessly at a very nominal charge.
Q. What are my payment options?
We have plenty of payment options - Pay by Cash on Delivery, Paytm, or pay via Razorpay Secure, BNPL/Bajaj Finserv.
Q. Are there any limitations for cash on delivery?
Yes, we only accept Cash On Delivery upto a value of Rs.20,000/-. For orders of higher value than Rs.20,000/-, please pay via any of the other payment options available - Paytm, Razorpay Secure, BNPL/Bajaj Finserv.
Q. I want to make a prepaid order. What are the benefits of doing so?
Want to order on a prepaid basis? Great idea. We have super duper discounts on pre-paid orders.
For an order amout of <2k - avail INR 100 Discount
For an order amount of 2-5K - avail INR 250 Discount
For an order amount of >5k - avail INR 500 Discount
Q. Can I cancel my order?
Changed your mind? Don't worry. You can choose to cancel the order or cancel some items from your order within three days of order confirmation or before shipping, whichever is earlier.
Return and Refunds
Q. There’s a problem with the order I have received and I want to return it. How do I get a refund?
We take all care to send you only the best quality products. But just in case there are defects, we do take returns based on the following conditions-
We accept returns on hardline products (all furniture, accessories, mattresses) only if there's a manufacturing defect or items missing from the product when you receive it. Please note that refund will be considered only if the product has non-repairable manufacturing defects.
Alternatively, if you have changed your preference after buying a Smartsters softline product (bed linen, bath linen or cushions.), we will accept returns within three days post delivery as long as the product is in unused condition with original packing retained.
Q. I’ve received a damaged product. Can Smartsters get it replaced or fixed?
Yes, if there are other damages to the product or parts of the product that do not qualify as manufacturing defects, we will consider replacing or repairing the product under warranty.
Q. I’ve found a defect in an installed product. Can Smartsters get it replaced or repaired?
If the product is already assembled or installed and you find a defect, don't worry we will repair the product. However we will not be able to replace already installed products.
Q. The product was damaged during usage. Can Smartsters get it replaced or repaired?
If the product gets damaged during usage, we won't be able to replace it or issue a refund. But you can always reach out to us to get assistance for repairs.
Q. How long will it take to process my refund?
Applied for a refund? Sit back, we will take care of the rest. Our team will come for product inspection and if accepted be assured your refund will be initiated within 7 days.
Q. I want to exchange the product I’ve received. Does Smartsters allow that?
Yes, we do allow exchanges under the following conditions:
Hardline products (beds, study desks, chairs, activity tables, storage units and accessories) cannot be exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect which we will need to verify.
For softline products (bed linen, bath linen, or cushions), we accept returns within three days of post delivery as long as the product is in unused condition with original packing retained.
